Guidelines
Overview
The ex|XO community is a global, professional network of highly skilled technology industry professionals from around the world who share the common experience of having worked as a team member in the Crossover / ESW Capital / DevFactory / Ignite, etc. ecosystem. The ex|XO mission is to enable each member of the network to better thrive personally and professionally through collective learning, networking, collaboration, lead sharing, and friendship with others who are in many ways leading the development of the remote-first working world.
ex|XO is led by a Community Manager and a group of Network Ambassadors, all of whom are XO alumni volunteering their time to develop the network as a powerful, shared asset for all alums.
Scope
The purpose of these guidelines is to support a safe interaction space and a positive environment for its members. The following guidelines will define the standard of behavior expected to be adopted on any of the communication platforms used by all ex|XO members.

Confidentiality
All members who have access to the private community information, communication channels, and discussions are asked to treat the information shared as confidential out of respect to your fellow network member who contributed the content into the network. This is not an intellectual property issue, but rather an issue of community trust issue where network members believe it is respectful to ask the person who shared the information before reposting or resharing it with people outside the network.
While the Community Manager and Network Ambassadors strive to inspire all members to practice such respect, confidentiality certainly cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, please be mindful that any information you share might become public.
As a member of the ex|XO community, you agree that your participation does not contradict or violate any third party patent, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of privacy or publicity.

It is solely the responsibility of each member to adhere to these guidelines and their external confidentiality obligations when creating or sharing comments or content. ex|XO is not responsible to any third party for the correctness of the content shared by its members.
